"The hotel charges a $300 security deposit and an automatic 18% gratuity on any food/drink purchased. A bowl of oa**eal and coffee was $23. There is no breakfast buffet available. The rooms are tiny and designed very much like a cruise ship cabin, complete with bunk beds! There are no closets, drawers or counter space in the room and only 6 hangers (to hang clothes where?) I had to use the ironing board for toiletries. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. (I wonder how couples feel about each other after staying there?) The only window is a floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom so you can flash nearby shoppers as you step out of the shower. The heated towel rack in not within arm's reach of the shower and featured hard and frayed towels. The room featured a large TV that was surrounded by LED lights. No obvious switch turned off said LEDs, but apparently the round rainbow-colored emblem in one of the built-in cubby holes turned it off. On the plus side, the hotel is a half-mile from the Boston Convention Center. Also, travelers can take the Silver Line bus from Logan Airport to South Station (or one stop short of the station to this hotel) for FREE! The one-way trip back to Logan Airport is $2.40. There is a rooftop bar that features a nice city view."

"This hotel is good in all aspects, the front desk service is good, we have a few friends staying together, it feels like this, the room and other facilities are OK, it is very convenient to drive from the airport and follow the navigation."

"Arrived at the hotel around 2 pm and fortunately the room has ready, however we had a room located far away from the elevator, in fact my room is at the end of the of the hallway 😑 the room is small with old furniture, there was some cracks on the wood panel. There is no fridge and the AC was so noisy. The bathroom is good - I think it has been renovated. With the price we’ve paid I think I just bought the ‘location’ instead of the room as it is a very standard room, considering it is a 5 stars hotel."

"This hotel is in a good location. Across the street is a large commercial center. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Newbury Street, which is convenient for shopping and dining. There is also a duck boat ride across the street, which is suitable for tourists visiting Boston. The hotel is newly decorated and modern. Shower is more convenient."

"The service was very good. We arrived in the morning and the hotel checked us in in advance because there were rooms available, which made it convenient for us to put our luggage and travel with peace of mind. The surrounding dining and shopping are also very convenient."

"Great stay, good location. Close to stop 7 on the trolley tour. It might be because of the state or hotel but the incidentals and resort fee are particularly higher than any other state we’ve travelled to. Something to be aware of if you’re an international tourist."

"Nice stay at the Sheraton. We had a recently refurbished room. It was excellent with a comfortable bed and very nice shower. There was an amazing view of the Charles River which was a bonus. The location of the hotel is great with an adjoining mall and lots of eating places. The HOHO bus stop is very close by."

"Very satisfied. Before the check-in time, the luggage was stored first and went out to play. The hotel took the initiative to help us deliver the luggage to the room. The room is spacious, comfortable and hygienic, and the air conditioning is very powerful on a hot day. Will come back next time."
