Worst experience in service , they provide only 1 towel for one person , we stay for 4 nights and they provide only 1 towel , no cleaning service available ....location is far from main metro line ...not recommended at all

The room was well-equipped with everything we needed. We could do laundry, hang clothes to dry, cook meals in the kitchen, and the heating system kept us warm and comfortable throughout our stay. The space was also safe and spacious, making it perfect for families with young children.

Room was cold and stayed cold - heating unit was not able to make a difference. Similarly, noise from other rooms was a constant problem.

Apartment was very good and also in a good location. Only to say something to improve:
Even than the room wasn’t so big, the heating wasn’t sufficient

During our 1 week stay. NO room clean.
NO new towels.
We had to take out our own trash everyday.
They forgot to provide trash bags.
The airconditioning was broken.
The microwave was broken. (Other room was working)
Deceiving booking pics, there's no playhouse and slide.
Will not stay again.

Poor sound insulation, upstairs still running around after 12pm at night, should be strengthened in this regard.
