Hotel Best Oasis Park

I just got back from all inclusive from the Best Oasis Park hotel. In my opinion I don't know why the hotel has 4 stars I've been to most 3 star hotels and they were better. But that's my opinion. As for food the food was repeated almost every day in my opinion the food didn't deserve 4 stars I was in Turkey in 4 stars where there was a lot to choose from and the food was different every day. The cocktails were very weak you could hardly taste the alcohol in it. The only thing I liked was that there was no queue for the bar, you could pour your own beer from the tap. Entertainment was only in the evenings not all day. As I said the food only ruins these 4 stars of the hotel

This was my third time saying at this hotel , the staff are friendly , and helpful, food is great and choice of food is brilliant , Rooms are decent size as is bathroom . Will be returning to the hotel again when i book my next holiday

The food was edible choice plenty could do with theme nights in restaurant. The pool is small and the area gets messy through day with paper cups being left around ,but is cleaned up . Bar staff and hotel staff very friendly. Entertainment was very disappointing not. All inclusive drinks served from 10am . Unfortunately breakfast on day of departure was just pastry as we had early flight could do with hot provisions maybe take booking day before. Irons can be rented for 20 euro deposit. Hotel is situated in a lovely location right in salou you come out of hotel and it's shops galore follow it down to beach . Bus services are good and cheaper than reps trips if you confident in exploring on your own. Snack bar is open from 10-6 i think bit only serves burger hotdog fries ice cream . Rooms very clean and spacious maybe twin beds and double bed as I had 2 children 12 and 14 brother and sister who don't want to share bed! Ideal location very good hotel would come here again and definitely recommend.

So just back today after 11 nights, rooms were small but adequate for what you need when on holiday, aircon and safe were no extra charge which is a plus, rooms cleaned daily and tbh the hotel inside was spotless from top to bottom, staff were all friendly and helpful especially the bar staff who despite long hours always happy to serve, pool area is fine but the trees harbour the pigeons and they poo regularly on seats and tables, however some other guests should have learnt not to feed them or leave food lying around , the food was ok , could be warmer as several times I had cold food by the time I got back to my table, a bit repetitive but most All Inclusive hotels are, snack bar was good, plenty of choice and always freshly cooked , biggest let down was the entertainment or lack of, during the day they animation team were no where to be seen until meal times then they appeared in the restaurant, a pathetic effort at bingo, a disco at night with inaudible talking and music, on Monday night they started face painting for the kids at 9:45 pm!! Then a virtual karaoke whatever that was supposed to be, Tuesday we had some acrobats which was the one and only act we saw , all in all we had a great time in Salou , but this hotel is one that does not live up to the "Best " in its name , probably won't return here despite the location being ideal, such a shame as a bit of work could make it so much more appealing.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! I shall start with the positives.... the staff are amazing both bar / restaurant. The food is really quite good for a Spanish hotel and the pool bar delivers amazing chips / toasties and burgers until 11pm! Your room is cleaned every day and thr beds made! The one and only hotel negative is...my room key needed resetting nearly every day which I did find frustrating when I got to my room after a long day an could not get access!! The biggest negative was not the hotels doing but my fellow British people.... The sunbed saving..... quite embarrassing!! Some even saved their sunbeds and didn't come back until 3pm....I wish the hotel threw their towels off after 1 hour however bar this I loved My stay!! The location is great too!
