酒店位置很好，就在天元區中心，緊靠湘江，景色很好，尤其是酒店高樓層，梳粧台外是透明玻璃，給人強烈的身處雲端的感覺，很贊。 停車位也充足，從停車場電梯直達酒店。前台小姐姐很熱情，還做了免費升房。退房時忘了衣服，酒店立刻就順豐寄到家，服務很贊！全五星~

1.隔音效果非常不好，明明訂單備註了安靜的房間，給我搞了個靠近布草間的房間，入住的時候布草間裏面有人説話（雖然關上我房間門聽不到），但是我午休的時候老是聽到房間外面發出的聲音（我懷疑是工作人員收拾別的房間的聲音），半夜老是聽到走廊外面的關門聲、樓上廁所的水聲嘩啦啦、廁所還有那種地燈一直亮着，晚上房間都不是徹底的黑暗（廁所門是推拉的，直到退房的時候才發現廁所有門。） 2.前台工作人員新來的吧，找我訂單找半天還沒找到，讓我一度懷疑是不是我走錯酒店了，把身份證給他，還要把我們的名字念出來，説了在攜程上面訂的，還要提及**，入住操作還要別人一步一步指導怎麼操作，為什麼不培訓好了上崗，一個入住搞得很久。3.酒店好評都是找客人索要的吧，我準備退房的時候，正好聽到前台工作人員索要好評，然後我退房的時候問我房間怎麼樣，我們説了不怎麼好之後，問我們趕不趕時間要離店，説要給我們點奶茶讓我們給好評，説以後入住可以免費提供耳塞，誰想睡覺戴着耳塞啊。4.房間都沒有語音智能助手，都要自己手動操作，電視機息屏還要我詢問前台怎麼關，很古老的電視，不能投屏，按ok鍵都沒什麼用。中央空調感覺都沒怎麼清洗，想讓人咳嗽，而且空調一旦達到設定温度就沒有風了，衹能等到房間温度高於設定温度才有風。5.電梯裏面沒有空調。6.酒店前坪噴泉前面那種瓷磚不適合拖行李。7.床單不乾淨，有污漬，但我自己帶床單就沒和前台説。8.入住這五星級酒店的體驗還不如三星級酒店，價格三百左右一晚就這，房間就比別的酒店多送了兩瓶水和可樂雪碧，其餘都差不多。 好的地方應該是酒店裡麪環境還可以，電梯智能按鈕，大廳有點香味，智能機器人送餐，房間裏面燈比較明亮
